Voting Instructions
Please use a black or blue pen to mark your ballot. Completely fill in the box to the left of your choice. More than one vote for an office or ballot measure will be an overvote and no votes for that office or ballot measure will be counted.
For a write-in candidate, fill in the Write-in Box and write the name of the candidate in the space provided.
If you incorrectly mark your ballot, you may correct it by following the instructions on your ballot.
Return Instructions
Place your voted ballot in your yellow Security Envelope and seal. Do not write on your yellow Security Envelope.
Completely fill out and sign the Voter’s Affidavit on the white Mailing Envelope. YOUR BALLOT CANNOT BE COUNTED IF YOUR WHITE MAILING ENVELOPE IS NOT SIGNED. Insert your yellow Secrecy Envelope inside the white Mailing Envelope and seal.
If unable to sign the affidavit, make a mark, witnessed by two other people, instead of a signature on the signature line.
If you choose to mail your ballot attach sufficient first class postage to the white Mailing Envelope. The envelope must be postmarked on or before Election Day.
If you choose not to mail your ballot you may deliver it to one of the drop box locations which are open twenty-four hours a day.
CAUTION: BALLOT ENVELOPE MUST BE POSTMARKED OR DELIVERED ON OR BEFORE ELECTION DAY.
