Franklin County will be conducting a Pilot Project  for the November General Election aimed at improving ballot accessibility.

Candidate information is also available to voters while marking the ballot.
 
This process is open to all voters, including military/overseas voters and disabled voters using their assistive technology at home. No special registration is necessary.

Important upcoming dates:

November 2: Final day to file as a write in candidate for the November 3 General Election

November 2: Last day to apply for an absentee ballot for the November 3 General Election

November 3: GENERAL ELECTION

November 11: VETERANS' DAY

November 24: County Canvassing Board to certify the November 3 General Election returns

November 25: Last day for auditor's to transmit abstract of General Election votes to Secretary of State.

November 26: THANKSGIVING DAY

November 27: OBSERVED HOLIDAY

December 3: Last day for Secretary of State to certify General Election returns.

December 3: State Measures receiving favorable majority vote are declared law by the governor unless effective date is contained within text of measure.

December 25: CHRISTMAS DAY
