Registration Forms
You must complete a voter registration form if you are registering for the first time in Washington or if you have moved to a new county. If you have moved within the same county, you may change your address by completing a new form or contacting the Spokane County Elections Office by mail, email, or phone. To change your name, you must fill out a new voter registration form with your new signature. You do not register by political party in Washington State.
In general, you must register at least 29 days in advance of an election to be eligible to vote in the election. If you register by mail, your application must be postmarked by the 29-day cutoff or it will not become effective until after the election.
If you are a new resident to Washington State, you can still register in person at the Spokane County Elections Office until 8 days before the election. The Elections Office is located at 1033 W Gardner Ave in Spokane (Map).
Print out one of the registration forms below, complete it and mail it to the Office of the Secretary of State or the Spokane County Elections Office.
