Public Disclosure Forms
The Election Department has public disclosure forms available on CD. The Election Department will also make copies of public disclosure forms currently on file. If your request is under 34 pages there will be no charge. Any requests that exceed 34 pages cost $ 0.15 per page. Contact the Election Department at (509) 736-3085 or (509) 786-5618.
Election Results
Election Results are available for every election held by Benton County. Only from 2006 to current are available in Excel (XLS) format. After the election has been certified, copies of the precinct by precinct results are available.
If your request is under 34 pages there will be no charge. Any requests that exceed 34 pages cost $ 0.15 per page or $15.00 for a compact disc or electronic file. All requests are required to be in writing. Please contact the Election Department at (509) 736-3085 or (509) 786-5618.
Mailing Labels
Benton County became a vote by mail county on June 13, 2005, so listings and labels will be available once ballots are sent. These lists can be purchased at a cost of $ 0.15 per page or gummed labels at a cost of $ 0.02 per label. The listings and labels can be sorted alpha by all, legislative districts, commissioner districts and minor taxing districts at no extra charge. Please make arrangements for listings or labels with the Election Department at (509) 736-3085 or (509) 786-5618. We will keep a tally of the charges and will bill your campaign at the end of each election.
Registered Voter Data/List Request
Registered voter lists and labels are available to the public and are limited by state law to political use only. We can supply candidates or committees with the following:
