Filing Week - June 6-10, 2011
In-Person:    June 6-10                  Accepted during regular business hours - 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
By Mail:          May 20-June 10     Must be received no later than June 10

Filing Form
Declaration of Candidacy 
There will also be a kiosk available in our office during filing week so you can file for office online. (this is not available on the internet) Filing online through our kiosk allows you to instantly receive information regarding your filing and to be notified when other candidates file for the same office.

Filing Fee Petition
State law provides that if a candidate declares an inability to pay the fee, the candidate may file a Filing Fee Petition containing at least one signature per dollar of the filing fee. If the signatures are valid, the petition will take the place of the filing fee. Click to down load a Filing Fee Petition.
