Local Voters' Pamphlet Specifications
The 2009 Primary & General Election Local Voter's Pamphlet Specifications contains information on contents of the pamphlet, specifications for participation and candidate statements. It includes instructions for both candidates and ballot measures.

A Request for Voter Registration Lists and/or Labels is available online. Voter Registration lists are for political purposes only.

Election Calendar
A calendar of year 2009 election dates is available on the Washington Secretary of State's website. Also, see the Clallam County Election Schedule Calendar.

Filing Week
Candidates may file for office starting Monday, June 1, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. and must file no later than Friday, June 5, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. The Candidate Filing List is available online.

Election Steps
The Election Steps for Candidates describes the necessary steps to file for and run for elective public office.

Election Booklet
For more in depth information about being a candidate and knowing what information is available, please refer to the 2009 Election Booklet, which provides information to both political candidates and political campaigns. The booklet includes information on filing for office, offices open for candidate filing, filing fees, public disclosure requirements, key reporting dates, party headquarters and contacts, a calendar, laws governing election advertising by candidates and campaigns, districts by precinct, and information available for sale to candidates and campaigns through the Elections Department.
