Applying for a Marriage License:
No appointment is necessary. It is best if both parties come in and apply. If that is not possible - you may request an application from our office and your signature on the completed application must be acknowledged by a notary public. Current picture I.D is required.
There are no blood tests, witnesses, birth, or divorce certificates required to apply for a marriage license. Divorced persons may apply for a marriage license as long as the final decree of divorce has been filed.

-
Applicants 17 years of age must have their parent or legal guardian sign a release form.

License Fee:
There is a $58.00 fee for marriage licenses due at the time of application. Cash, money orders, or checks are accepted at this time.
