Filing for Office in 2010?
Qualifications for filing are:
All candidates must reside in the district for which they are filing and be a registered voter at the time of filing.
Candidates for U.S. Senate must be 30 years old and a citizen of for at least nine years.
U.S. Congressional candidates must be 25 years old and a citizen for at least seven years.
State Supreme and District Court, and County Superior Court Judge candidates must be a member of the Washington State Bar Association.

The Franklin County Auditor's Office will be offering Online Candidate Filing! You can now file for public office from your computer. The Online Candidate Filing Module will be Open June 7 through June 11.
