Poll Worker Recognition Day: Wednesday, July 18, 2007

This is a special invitation just for you:

On May 15th, 2007, the Board of Klickitat County Commissioners voted to change the electoral process from poll site to mail ballot. With Poll Site use coming to a close we are now having a celebration to recognize all of your hard work and dedication throughout the years. Secretary of State Sam Reed will be joining us in our celebration.

The celebration time will be at 1:00 pm on August 16, 2007, at The White Salmon Pioneer Center. If you are in need of transportation, please give our office a call at (509) 773-4001, or 1-800-583-8050. Mt. Adams Transportation has generously agreed to donate their services to help make it possible for everyone to attend. Please contact us no later than August 6, 2007 if you will need to have a ride to the Pioneer Center for the party.

We hope to see you there and if you have a funny story to share, or a memorable experience during your time of service for elections we would like to have you share it with us during the party.
