Election will be held in Pacific County, State of Washington for the submission to the
qualified voters the following:

PACIFIC COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
DISTRICT NO. 1 REGULAR PROPERTY TAX LEVIES
FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
Shall Pacific County Emergency Medical Services District No. 1 be authorized to
impose regular property tax levies for fifty cents or less per thousand dollars of assessed
valuation for each year consecutive for a permanent duration beginning in 2007 for
collection in 2008 to provide emergency medical care and services within the District
as provided by and in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington
in RCW 84.52.069?

DISTRICT NO. 5
Shall Fire District No. 5 levy upon the regular taxable property within the District, in
addition to its regular levy the sum of $69,725 (approximately $1.04 per thousand of
assessed valuation) for the year 2008 for the purpose of providing emergency
medical care, ambulance services and elections expenses to its citizens?

This election is entirely by mail ballot. You may return your ballot to the Pacific County Auditor’s
office in South Bend or Long Beach. On Election Day only the Auditor’s office will be open
from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. On Election Day only there will be one other drop sites
besides the Auditor’s offices; Raymond High School, 1016 Commercial St., Raymond
The Auditor’s offices are ADA compliant, voting aids are available upon request.
Ballots may be returned by mail, place a 41 cent stamp on the ballot return envelope.
YOUR BALLOT MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN THE DAY OF THE ELECTION.
