NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, April 22, 2003, a special Election will be held in City of South Bend, Pacific County, Washington for the submission to the qualified voters the following:

PROPOSITION NO. 1 - Pacific County, Washington

Annexation of the City of South Bend to the Timberland Regional (inter-county rural) Library district “Shall the City of South Bend be annexed to and be a part of the Timberland Regional (inter-county rural) Library District?”
