NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, March 13, 2007, a Special Election will be held in Pacific County, State of Washington for the submission to the qualified voters the following:

PROPOSITION NO. 1
SOUTH BEND SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 118
GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS - $1,715,000
The Board of Directors of South Bend School District No. 118 approved Resolution No. 12-2006 concerning this proposition for bonds. This proposition authorizes the District to renovate South Bend Junior-Senior High School and Chauncey Davis Elementary School and make other capital improvements; to issue $1,715,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within a maximum term of 15 years; and to levy additional property taxes annually to repay the bonds, as described in Resolution #12‑2006.
