To construct and equip a cafeteria/multi-purpose room, improve and equip the vocational shop area and to install walls on the covered playground area, shall North River School District #200 issue $500,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within a maximum term of 5 years, and shall annual property tax levies in addition to regular tax levies be authorized to repay such bonds, all as provided in District Resolution #87-03-00?
