I, Eugene M. Nelson am over the age of eighteen year and I am competent to make this declaration. I have actual knowledge of the following: Patricia Thornton has registered as a voter in the Ponderay Shores Water & Sewer District, Pend Oreille County, State of Washington. I believe failure to license her vehicles is a violation RCW 46.16.010 and therefore fraudulent.

The original voter challenge may be reviewed in person at the Pend Oreille County Auditor’s Office between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting room, July 10th, 2007 at 2:00 pm, 625 W. 4th Street, Newport, WA 99156.

I believe this failure is a gross misdemeanor according to RCW 46.16.010 therefore I believe his voter registration in t he District and County is fraudulent.

REASON FOR CHALLENGE

Searched county auditor property records to determine whether the voter owns any property in the county; and

Searched the statewide voter registration data base to determine if the voter is registered at any other address in the state.
