MARRIAGE LICENSE FEES  (updated 08/23/2007)

     • $  45.00
     • Payable at the time of application in cash or check
     • Must present ID
     • Marriage Licenses must be used in the State of Washington and require a three day waiting period
     • Non-refundable
     • Must be used within 60 days of validation
     • Must be 18 years of age. If one or both applicats are 17, the 17 year old must have parental consent.
            o A parent or guardian may come in and sign the consent form on the marriage application or they may sign a 
               notarized statement of consent. All applicants under 17 must present a court order signed by a Superior Court 
               Judge. There are no exceptions to this rule.

     • Name
     • Address at the time of execution of application
     • Social security number
     • Age
     • Birthplace
     • Whether single, widowed or divorced
     • Whether under control of a guardian
     • Residence during the past six months
     • Mother and father's name and birth state

Fees are authorized and established by the State Legislature
