Oaths of Office and Bonds for Skagit County Elected Officials

The Revised Code of Washington (RCW 36.16.060) requires that every county officer, before beginning the duties of his office, file his oath of office in the office of the County Auditor, and his official bond in the office of the County Clerk. Copies of these oaths may be seen by clicking the links below; to view bond information, please contact the County Clerk's office. A few of the links below show both the oath and the bond, as both exist on the same sheet of paper.
