

The Spokane County Elections Office, in cooperation with public libraries throughout the county, has installed ballot drop boxes outside each of the libraries. There are 19 drop boxes in all. In addition, there is a drop-off box at the Spokane Transit Plaza downtown and a ballot drop slot next to the front door at the elections office.
The boxes appropriate for each election will be open starting 20 days before the election, until 8:00 pm election night. Ballots will be collected regularly from the drop boxes.
A postage stamp is not required when using an official elections drop-off box. If you are mailing your ballot back, a first-class stamp is required, however.
