Spokane County E-mail Ballot Program
To ensure that you receive your ballot in time to participate in each election, Spokane County has established a program that will enable us to e-mail a .pdf file of your ballot in an effort to speed-up the process.
Who Can Participate in the E-mail Ballot Program? Any member of the U.S. Armed Forces or Merchant Marine and their dependents, commissioned corps of the Public Health Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
What is an E-mail Ballot? Qualified voters will receive an exact image of their regular ballot via e-mail. The ballot should be returned using normal mail delivery.
When are the E-mail Ballots Sent? E-mail Ballots are e-mailed to the voter approximately 30 days prior to the election. We want to ensure that you receive the ballot in a timely manner with enough time to vote and return it so it can be counted.
Where are the E-mail Ballots Sent? Voters can receive their E-mail Ballots in a matter of minutes at any location where they have access to their e-mail.
Why use E-mail? Spokane County is committed to ensuring the right to vote for military and overseas voters. The county will make every effort to give all Americans a voice in the democratic process and the opportunity to cast a ballot from anywhere in the world.
How do You Sign-up? Contact the Spokane County Elections Office at (509) 477-2320 or e-mail Elections@spokanecounty.org.
