EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE AND SERVICES LEVY
PROPOSITION 1
Shall Grays Harbor County Fire Protection District No. 2, be authorized to levy a
regular property tax in the sum of $0.50 per $1,000 assessed valuation each year
for 6 (six) consecutive years beginning in 2007, to be collected in 2007 for the
provision of Emergency Medical Services all as provided in Grays Harbor County Fire
Protection District #2, Resolution #2006-09 and the Laws of the State of Washington
RCW 84.52.069?

PROPOSITION 1
Shall Grays Harbor County Fire Protection District No. 5, for the purpose of providing
emergency medical care and ambulance services, be authorized to impose a regular property
tax levy of $0.50 or less per thousand dollars of assessed value for six consecutive year?

Shall Grays Harbor County Fire Protection District No. 3 levy upon the regular taxable
property within the District, in addition to its regular levy, the sum of $25,260.00
(approximately $0.570 per thousand of assessed valuation) for the year 2007 for the purpose
of providing emergency medical care and ambulance services to its citizens?

Shall Grays Harbor County Fire Protection District No. 14 levy upon the regular taxable property
within the District, in addition to its regular levy, the sum of $39,419.00 (approximately $0.59
per thousand of assessed valuation) for the year 2007 for the purpose of providing emergency
medical care and ambulance services to its citizens?

FIRE EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES BONDS
The Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire Protection District No. 14, Grays Harbor County,
adopted Resolution No. 06-15 concerning a proposition to acquire equipment and facilities.
This proposition authorizes the District to purchase and equip a fire engine and construct
and equip a fire station, issue no more than $300,000 of general obligation bonds maturing
within 10 years, and levy annual excess property taxes to pay and retire such bonds, all as
