SUBAGENTS
Washington State offers licensing customers the choice of visiting either the main licensing office at the Whitman County courthouse or the convenience of visiting an authorized subagent. As a private business, subagents charge an additional fee for handling licensing and titling on behalf of the State. The current fees for this service are $3.00 for non-title paperwork, and $7.50 for any title transaction. Whitman County offers two locations:
